We are Bay Cleaning which is owned and operated by Sue O’Connor.

We are a cleaning service business.

If we need to contact you

If we need to contact you, we will do through telephone or email. We will use the details you provide to us when you first make an account with us.

Contract

Bay Cleaning does not provide written contacts, by accepting services provided by Bay Cleaning you are agreeing to abide by our Terms and Conditions. 

Cleaning Services

Unless specifically stated and agreed before work commencing, all services provided are time based, not task based. This means that our cleaner will provided services for a specific time and will complete as many tasks as possible within the time agreed. it may be possible to purchase more time to complete a task(s) if the cleaner has capacity to deliver.

A set of standard cleaning tasks will be agreed with the client upfront, this can be adjusted for other reasonable cleaning tasks to be completed by agreement with the client as long as it is possible to complete within the allocated time or more time is purchased.

Refunds

Bay Cleaning will only be responsible for issuing a refund when the customer has received an overwhelmingly poor service. All queries with quality and any discrepancies with billing need to be raised with Bay Cleaning within 48 hours. Failure to do so will constitute that the customer is satisfied with their order.

Cancellations

Reasonable notice must be given for cancellation of a cleaning appointment. If reasonable notice is not provided Bay Cleaning reserves the right to charge the client for the service booked.

Our prices and services

Our standard cleaning prices are £20 per hour for domestic cleaning (Minimum 2 Hours)  and £25 per hour for commercial cleaning (Minimum 2 Hours). Holiday Let cleaning is classified as commercial. This will cover all normal consumables required for standard cleaning tasks. An extra charge may be added for tasks not considered standard and any parking costs but this will be agreed with the client before commencing any work. 

When and how you must pay

Once we complete the agreed cleaning tasks we will send an invoice via email. Our terms are payment on receipt of Invoice. There will be a link on the invoice that will allow you to pay via Apple/Google Pay or via Debit/Credit card. You can also pay via bank transfer (bank details will be on invoice)

To raise an issue with us please phone us at 07895022127 or email us at info@bay-laundry.co.uk. We require you to contact us within 48 hours otherwise we will assume you are satisfied with your order.

If you have made a complaint

​If you have made a complaint and we have responded with a solution, you must respond to our suggested solution within 14 days otherwise we will close the complaint and your claim will be invalid.
